This Cancellation Policy explains how Curves Approved memberships may be canceled and what happens after cancellation.

Monthly memberships

If you are on a monthly membership, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date.

Once canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that unless you choose to rejoin.

Annual memberships

If you are on an annual membership, your membership will remain active until the end of your current annual term unless otherwise stated in writing.

Annual memberships are billed upfront for the full term. Canceling stops future renewal charges, but does not shorten the current membership term.

Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law or clearly stated at the time of purchase, membership payments are non-refundable.

Because Curves Approved provides access to digital membership content, curated recommendations, and member-only materials, refunds are generally not provided for partial membership periods or unused time.

How to cancel

Cancellation is available through your account.

If you have trouble canceling through your account, you may submit a cancellation request by emailing info@curvesapproved.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

To avoid future charges, please make sure your cancellation is completed through your account, or your email request is received, before your next renewal date.

What happens after cancellation

After cancellation, you may continue to access your membership until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Once that period ends, access to member-only content, protected areas, and membership benefits may be removed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
